If you are not a member of the Deutschen Fernschachbund e. V. (BdF), please register first online using the Homepage of Deutscher Fernschachbund e. V. . Playing on BdF-Schachserver is only possible after registration.
Please supply your BdF-Memberid, your name and your email-address. You also need to select a password.

If your registration was successfull, you will receive an Email with your username.

Since we collect personal data from you at this point, we inform you of the following in application of §13 EU-DSGVO:
1. We collect these data as Deutscher Fernschachbund e.V., represented by the president ( Manfred Scheiba, Karl-Marx-Allee 6 B, 15320 Neuhardenberg, Email: praesident@bdf-fernschachbund.de ) and the managing director ( Dr. Stefan Busemann, Im Flürchen 76, 66133 Saarbrücken, Email: geschaeftsfuehrer@bdf-fernschachbund.de ). The data processing by order is carried out by Dr. Ortwin Pätzold, Elsa-Brändström-Str. 15, 50374 Erftstadt, Email: webmaster@bdf-schachserver.de .
2. The Deutsche Fernschachbund e.V. has a data protection officer who can be reached as follows: Thomas Reichert, datenschutzbeauftragter@bdf-fernschachbund.de .
3. The data collection is carried out for the purpose of creating the conditions for you to be able to use the BdF-Schachserver. Legal basis for the data processing are the statutes of the Deutscher Fernschachbund e.V. in connection with the regulations of the Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch (BGB - German Civil Code) regarding the law of associations.
4. Your data collected at this point will only be used for your participation in the server game operation on the BdF chess server. This also includes the usage of your name and, if applicable, your place of residence in tournament tables.
5. The duration your data is stored depends on various factors and cannot be determined in advance. Criteria for the determination are legally observable deadlines, the statutory interests of the club, the sports information service and the consistency of the data resulting from the sporting successes of the members (calculation of scores for playing strength, etc.).
6. You have the right of receiving information about the personal data stored about yourself. You also have the right to correct incorrect data and to delete data in accordance with legal regulations. You have the right to limit the processing of your data and the right to object to the processing and the right to data transfer within the framework of the legal regulations.
7. You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation.
8. There is a right of appeal to a supervisory authority.
9. The provision of personal data is voluntary and without any existing obligation. However, it is necessary in order to be able to participate in the gaming operations of the Deutscher Fernschachbund e.V. on the BdF-Schachserver. If you do not provide the personal data requested in this membership form, you cannot use the BdF-Schachserver, because you do not get access to the registration area.
